Zenethian Bow

The Zenethian Bow is one of the divine Zenethian Items created by Zenthai, The Dragon King, during the reforging of these items in the Fourth Age.

Description

The bow is described as an arch of green crystal jutting from a black hilt. The bowstring is crystal glass that gave no resistance to Aoth Stormwind's touch.
It is said the Zenethian Bow gave Aoth the ability to shoot an arrow that would sprout crystalline vines to entangle and trap any enemy.

History

The Fourth Age: The Age of Shadow

Reforged

In 4A 996, the Zenethian Heroes collected all the lost Zenethian Items. As Zenthai prepared to reforge these items, he asked the allies of the Zenethian Children for their weapons as well. From Aoth Stormwind he asked for his bow. With Zenthai's blessing, the original relics were reforged and crafted into new and powerful forms.

The Fifth Age: The Age of Beginnings

After the conclusions of the Tarterian War and the Manslayer War, Aoth returned to Branca, the Kingdom of the South. Here, Aoth founded the Order of the Bow, an organization that would carry on his legacy and theology of bowmanship. Aoth entrusted the Zenethian Bow to this order to protect it and use it in the name of Chedae, The Heaven's Light.
The bow has passed through the generations of the Stormwind family. The current wielder of the bow is Styrmir Stormwind, a member of the Order of the Bow in Kendell.
