FoundingThough historians in Phelin backdate the founding of Phelin to Third Era, Year 1 so the country is recorded as being as old as Algoma, King Tryrayl did not complete the consolidation of power in the country until Third Era, Year 10. Even then, he did not take the title of King until Third Era, Year 12, and peace within Phelin took even longer to achieve.
