Clark

Clark is a member of the Tribrenen, the group of three metalmen who were created to run the gnomish city of Kort. Clark's main focus is on the bureaucracy of the city and making sure correct permits are issued, new laws and policies are correctly worded, and appropriate documents preserved. Their knack for the arcane allows them to create unique permits and identity cards that cannot be passed off to others or counterfeited. As the city's official historian, they are also in charge of documenting and recording significant events and the passage of new laws.
Clark was created as a wizard in the Order of Scribes, allowing them vast knowledge of the arcane in addition to their penchant for forms and scrolls. The creators recognized the need for competent bureaucrats to manage the various businesses and industries of the city, to ensure that everyone was following correct safety guidelines and innovation laws. Clark is the leader of most of the bureaucracy, and they relish this part of their job.
The three Tribrenen were each modeled after a different humanoid race and given different skin materials by their creators, in an effort to set them apart for the common folk. Clark is modeled after an elf, with bright blue "eyes" and golden blonde hair slicked back. Their skin is copper with some bronze here and there for the joints and other accents. They also sport a styled goatee (though elves traditionally do not have facial hair), because the gnomish inventors thought it looked funny and suave. Their fashion sense can best be described as noble, and they tend to stay on top of the latest trends.
