Yutonnel

"The show never ends!"
A city cast into eternal night (See: The Curse of Yutonnel), Yutonnel exists as a bastion of hedonism and fun, ranging from their casino, to open theater plays. People from all around the world are drawn to their many sights and delights.   It also settles on a key junction, helping to connect The Providence of Man, The Novdruggon, and to a lesser extent The Kingdom of Thyselleth, all of which are trading partners, resulting in many merchants, adventurers, and caravans working through and past.   Despite the festivities, if one is not wearing a mask, they will find themselves closed off to many buildings and interactions, creating a very cold and disconnected experience (See: The Masks of Yutonnel)

Government

Democratic Elective - The officials are voted based on not only their platform for the people but the show they put on, often incorporating themes from said platforms into their display.

Defences

Since Yutonnel is settled on an important junction, it lacks walls and gates that would slow down the flow of traffic. However, it features two key elements of defense. The first is the kingdoms that surround the city and recognize its importance, and so it is quick to be defended by neighboring armies.
The second are its silent protectors...large, bulky men in tuxedos. These men all look exactly alike and seem supernatural in their strength and speed, able to lay a righteous beat down to anyone who would threaten individuals within the city limits. They're not unstoppable forces, and they are limited in number, but it has been said that if there was an entire army of them, Yutonnel would be able to conquer most of the known world. Hyperbole or not, challenging one results in a lesson quickly learned.   They do not interact much with others, and what little conversation they do have sometimes has subtle issues with grammar and odd speech patterns or emotional responses. In Yutonnel they are recognized by primarily ignored.

Industry & Trade

The city's primary source of income is from tourists and their many games and sights. Their surrounding, night cast region is also home to a particular plant that, when put into certain alchemical formulas, helps produce high quality potions.

Infrastructure

It is home to a casino, an arena, the world famous Havington ampitheatre, and many other sights, including its own museum.

Natural Resources

Lunabell - A flower with a glowing, blue, bell like foliage. Said to make the ground 'as starry as the sky' in Yutonnel. When used in potions it adds 'fun' effects (Like temporary flight, size shrink/enlarge, water walking, etcetera)
