The Silver Thorn Bar & Inn
The three story Silver Thorn is a moderately ramshackle Inn with a large courtyard encompassed in the "U" shaped building. Popular with traders as the courtyard can handle several caravans, and popular with the odd adventurer here and there as well, perhaps as Sarah Makepiece (The owner) and her family are kind and accustomed to some of the stranger things life has to offer.
Modda the half-orc cook has excellent taste, a quiet manner and is a complete pacifist.
Rooms are let by the night or the week, a simple dinner (one Ale or Cider complementary) is provided every night as board in the large common room downstairs. Given the quality of the food and it's reasonable pricing it's a common place for the locals to frequent as well.
Alterations
There is a unobtrusive 4th floor that's been added on to the building, Sarah's husband seems to have a bit of a workshop/mancave thing going on up there. (Walter Makepiece)
