Greenville Walsh, Khat is out of the Bag

The gondoliers of Murkatva tend to skew towards deeply incurious, or rabidly curious. This dichotomy, is also witnessed in the drugs that are most commonly used by the two "poles" of the union. Khat is a stimulating leaf that is chewed, while Charas is a mild sporific that is smoked.
Greenville Walsh is known as the "Old Man" (Leader) of the gondoliers and is an avid collector of information, and continual chewer of Khat. His addiction to information and the stimulating nature of Khat allow him an seemingly magical awareness of the goings on in Murkatva (and to some small extent neighboring countries) but a rather cantankerous persona that few can deal with directly.
Greenville is half-elven and well over a hundred years old, his weathered skin brown as bark and arms like tree branches. If approached by folks with interesting information, his charisma may make a brief appearance
