Lenna Trelana
Captain Trelana was stationed in Norcress after a long campaign of border patrol along the Southern Border of Old Elven Territory. In her retirement from frontline duty, she now oversees northern defense, patrol, and often communicates with the Elven Spire on the status of Northern Ethernias. She acts as the judge for any crimes or disputes in the area around and northward of Norcress.
