Tethra, goddess of the underworld

Ruling over Dubnos, the realm of nightmares, Tethra mirthlessly directs the eternal torment of the souls of the damned. Tethra only leaves her realm in the form of an enormous white mare made of frothing sea foam. It was said that to see Tethra, or to even catch a glimpse of that pale horse, would fill a mortal with an overwhelming dread and visions of their impending doom. Although she gains no pleasure from it, Tethra cultivates the terror of her flock, farming the raw magic of the soul and channelling it towards the mortal realm for use in the divine invocations of the Fomorii.
