The collectors house

The collectors house is a townhouse in between two other houses that look almost identical, except for the large sign of an eye above the door. The inside of the house, however, is quite different from other houses in the area. The ground floor contains three rooms, upon entering the building there is a small but ornately decorated waiting room, which contains only a small bench that can barely seat two people, a guard is usually in the room during the day. Thought the door is the office of the Collector. This room is equally ornately decorated. In the small room two comfortable chairs are facing a large desk on the desk there are several stacks of papers, but most notable are a heap of hundreds of unmarked brass coin in a bowl on the right side of the desk (from the visitors perspective). As well as a bowl with several brass coins in a bowl on the left side. when going through the door on the left behind the desk you enter a hallway mostly taken up by the up and down stairs. The down stairs lead to a vault with thousends of marked brass coins, while the stairs up lead to the living area on the first and second floor.

Architecture

The outside of the building is painted the same light red hue used in other buildings in the area. Except for the brown eye above the door, the building looks identical to those surrounding it. The inside however couln't be more different. Every inch of the white walls of the rooms has been decorated with scenes from the lives of both everyday people and famous figures. Scenes of people buying groceries on the market are in between battlefields and duels, even sexual figures have their place on the wall in the same 30 cm by 20 cm panels as all the others.
