Mbalu, a titanic embodiment of destruction, is a force of primordial wrath tethered beneath Malidor’s volcanic heart. A relic of the Founding, his restless form stirs earthquakes, eruptions, and tempests that ravage the jungle. To the Zamari people, he is both a divine warning and a living cataclysm, their rituals seeking to quell his fury and uphold the delicate balance of nature.
Bound by chains of divine craftsmanship, forged by Moradin and inscribed with runes of balance by Melora, Mbalu’s prison surpresses his primordial rage. Yet his fitful dreams seep into the world above, his power manifesting as natural calamities. Whispers of his return echo through secretive cults who believe his awakening heralds a purging of the corrupt and a return to primal purity.
Appearance. Mbalu looms as a colossal, four-armed entity, his obsidian-like skin fractured by fiery veins of magma. Smoke and embers billow from his jagged form, his glowing eyes radiate smoldering malice, and his divine chains pulse faintly with ancient restraint.
