The Bruma

Sponsored by the Verglassi and Everfrost royal families and led by the Verglassi king's brother, Headmaster Ko of the Blue Crown.

Due to the wide variety of water arts in the Everfrost and Verglassi kingdom, only the best and brightest from both countries are admitted to the main school that sits at the border of both nations. Each disciple is grouped into a class of 500 to one Master while the branches located in each respective country are grouped into classes of 5000 to one Master and are given just enough resources to temper their own bodies and Devi aura. Promising students from these branches are granted the few seats which exist at the main school. 

Because of this structure, the spots at the main school are usually taken up only by founding families, familiar noble families, and renowned families, with a few promising upstarts. This monopoly is usually never broken on normal conditions.

Verglassi kingdom favors ice based arts while the Everfrost kingdom favors water based arts, water being a more functional art over combat.
