Northern Tribes

The Forlorn Territories is a confederation of 23 Northern tribes who mostly govern themselves. Due to the nature of their existence and the lands which no other countries find useful or profitable enough to conquer, they're the only group within the continent that doesn't give tribute to the Goa Empire. Skirmishes between the Verglassi Kingdom and the Forlorn Territories happen on occasion. Bandits pillaging nearby forests for resources and even villages means the Verglassi military is one of the few kingdoms that has real combat experience against other forces. Among the tribes, the Kuni and Terlun are the most powerful after discovering powerful artifacts and a way to live off the land respectively. They each wish to unite the tribes for different reasons and through the use of different methods. The Terlun Clan are responsible for pillaging the neighboring Verglassi Kingdom, inciting the wrath of the royal guard in order to bring the tribes together in solidarity while the Kuni tribe strong arms lesser tribes under their wing.

Kuni Tribe Terlun Tribe Nishinabe Tribe Named the people of origin, legend has it all tribes once originated from the Nishinabe tribe who were children of dragons, the first creatures of Devi. This legend sprung from their core Devi Art, Dragon Blood Arts named so due to its absolute versatility. By using their blood, tribesmen of the Nishinabe were said to be able to command all the elements and had superhuman bodies. It is unknown what happened to them or why their descendants ended up being second rate as compared to the rumors.  Geography: Tundra, coastal land, canyons
