Civil action

By the power of Nature around me and the power of the Stars above me.

I pledge my life to ideals of peace and balance.

My knowledge and speech is my strength.

My sword shall not be used but as last resort.

I will prevent the strong from abusing the weak. And prevent the weak from abusing the strong.

May those above and below me hold me to my oath till the balance of nature calls and returned my body to depths of the earth.

Created shortly after the war between Avalon Kingdom and the Norden Reunia. It's primary mission is to mediate between feuding factions in an attempt to come to a peaceful resolution. Most of the order's members are Numenai and Blood Elves though they do have many humans and Tonve as well.

Their first residence and base was built by the Numenai outside of Camelot. They used their magics to create a monastery built from living fruit trees and vine plants. It has served as a sanctuary and amazement to many over the years.

In the last 100 years or so they have also expanded enough to build another monastery in the south near the city Havana. Due to their more peaceful nature they are the slowest growing knightly order.

In addition to the Arbiters residing in their monasteries, some Arbiters are sent on regular patrols around Avalon Valley to look for feuds they can mediate.
