Pepper grew up in the city of Reme, raised in a family of 13, he had many siblings and plenty of trouble to go with it. The family of Furore is of high station, being one of the founding families of the city of Kobold and makes up most of the high ranking guard. With that legacy, he was taught from a young age that it is the Furore duty and honor to serve and protect. He always had dreams of becoming like his father, Drakus who is a part of the honorary guard. However, those dreams would not come to a realization. To be in the guard, you had to be the best of the best, and Pepper, even in his young age, showed no promise of him ever reaching that goal.
The city of Kobold and the land roundabout was struck with famine. As the meals became scarce, he soon realized that his mother and Matron, Rubee, was starving herself in order to feed her many children.

Felix's body is adorned in red scales, along with his color patterns reflecting his clan of Furore. On his head, he has a crown of horns that are pushed backward sticking out past the back of his skull.
