Russian Social Club

This Russian social club is a large blocky cream coloured building dirty with age. The only distinguishing feature being the large Cyrillic wording above the entrance identifying it to those it wishes to attract.
Walking through the entrance takes you into a large open plan area broken up by columns but lacking any natural light. There is a kitchen, tables, and chairs to one side and a bar with stools and high tables at the other, a few televisions appear to be streaming football. All of the furniture looks a couple of decades out of date. There is the faint scent of cigarette smoke and staleness.
The upper floors contain event rooms for hire, while the floors below contain an illegal casino where the vast majority of the profits flow from.
There is a non-descript door near the kitchen that appears to be a staff entrance, walking through it puts you in a hallway. Some doors lead to the kitchen itself, others to storage and refrigerators. One thing is out of place, a large man wearing all black with the telltale bulge of a firearm beneath his jacket stands against the door at the end of the hallway.
Past that door is Vlad Petrovich, the leader of the Russian Brotherhood.
