Korp
Korp is a shadowy figure whose name and visage match his reputation. He's got black beady eyes and a nose for profit. His stringy black hair falls in uneven strands, and his hunched posture makes him appear smaller and more unassuming than he is, that is until his ruthless nature reveals itself. Dressed in a patchwork of sleek dark leather and tattered cloaks that give him the appearance of a scavenger, Korp blends into the chaos of Syndicate Base 19 with ease.
He is the new underworld leader of Syndicate Base 19 which he rules with an iron grip masked in velvet whispers. His network of spies, informants, and enforcers extends to every corner of the base, making him both indispensable for the insurrectionist leaders while keeping them wary of his influence. Korp thrives on the thin line between loyalty and betrayal.
Korp isn't just a criminal overlord, he is the black beating heart of the Syndicate Base which he has claimed. He doesn't just live in the shadows, he owns them - turning whispers into weapons and secrets into currency.
Influence
Korp’s greatest weapon is information. He has a knack for knowing everything. What the leaders of the Insurrection are plotting, who’s been pocketing supplies, and when an enemy patrol is going to make its next move. His network of spies includes desperate scavengers, disillusioned Illevan soldiers, and even a handful of disloyal Olirians willing to betray their own for the right price. He controls the Black Markets of Base 19, where everything from illicit weapons and explosives to arcane relics and forbidden knowledge is traded. Korp’s crew of smugglers and thieves ensures that nothing enters or leaves Base 19 without his approvalvand his cut. The Insurrection leaders rely on him for supplies they can’t get through official channels, and Korp makes sure they remember it. He’s also got muscle when he needs it. The Murder, his personal guard, consists of hardened killers and misfits who owe him their lives or simply fear losing them. Each member of the Murder is marked with a black feather tattoo, a symbol of loyalty to Korp and a warning to anyone who crosses him. El has become a substitute member of the Murder, as she runs messages through the Base in lieu of protection.
