Xalan God of Ice Itself (Za-lan-god-of-ice-itself)

Xalan, the god of ice itself, the beast that came to life as the plane of ice did, the first ice being alive in existence. The god is a feral as ice, it relies on extinct and wants to spread itself onto everything it can, that's why it created ice storms, and anything ice related in other realms. The followers of its godhood are cultists, the ones that used to believe in it realized ice is sadly a pain on the multiverse, its followers pray that they will witness its rage against there realm that they feel, see it frozen as it froze the followers empathy.
The Xixecal are the sons and daughters of Xalan, if Xalan where to make it to another plane the god would bring its children.
If this being where to be summoned onto another realm, which it could only do with the help of beings that follow it, it simply would bring the Neverwinter, the winter that would forever stay. 
Xalan and Titans followers are mortal haters of each other for their religion, as followers of Titan want to kill all ice beasts to stop the plague of ice and the followers of Xalan want the opposite.
