You summon a jagged rock fang from the ground at a point you can see within range. The rock fang shoots forth in a straight line up to 60 feet in a direction you choose. Each creature in a 5-foot wide, 60-foot line must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 slashing damage. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage. The rock fang then returns to the ground, leaving the area it passed through difficult terrain until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
