Aurora Special Operations Service (ASOS)
The Aurora Special Operations Service (ASOS) is a government funded intelligence and counterterrorism organization. ASOS was created in 2014 by a decree of the Aurora Federation legistlature as a branch of the Aurora Federation Intelligence Bureau (AFB or AFIB).

In early 2018 ASOS would be restructured as an organization independent of the AFB, with it's own board of leaders semi-directed by the Security Committee of the AF legistlature. This allowed ASOS to work more independently, as well as for the legistlative committee that constructed ASOS to influence them.
