New Hampton

New Hampton City is the largest city on the planet Aurora and was the first settlement on the planet to achieve city status. Home to 20,000,000 citizens, the city is almost as active at night as it is daytime.
New Hampton attracts some of Aurora's brightest minds as they move to the city, drawn in by the promises of opportunity and rewarding careers.
It is the home of the technology firm, AlterNET Industries, the firm responsible for the Immersive Reality system as well as other computing technologies.
However with such a large population comes a high crime rate. Many crime syndicates are headquartered here, including the revered Rosenberg Syndicate. Vigilantism is common as the overworked NHPD struggle to contain the streets.
