History

The city recieved its name when a warrior of long ago slayed an Elder Dragon on this site. At the time there was nothing but a small outpost. With time this became a gathering ground for soldiers, especially after the crisis. For almost 400 years these soldiers and their descendants defended the outpost turning it into a small fortress. When Myrmidia came, they were at first resistant to her efforts, going as far as to meet her in open battle. However, the sudden appearance of an Orc Warband forced them to work together, and the fortress submitted to her rule. When she disappeared, it was one of the first to break away.

For Years the city served as a challenger to Figaro. Then, in 2083, The City came under siege from an Orc WAAAGH. The Grand Alliance was called but it was unable to make it in time, and the city was taken and burned. Its residents fled to Figaro, where, after the Waagh defeated the Grand Alliance again, it was decided a final stand would be made.

When the Waagh was defeated, Serena Von Aegir began a rebuilding effort across Estalia. in 2092 efforts were made by the survivors to rebuild the city. Its history was lost, but not its pride. The people rebuilt and stubbornly went back to their old ways. But being so fresh, they became breeding grounds for poachers and the newly found Talon society, which moved in and integrated itself.

Today the city has thrived as one of the Major Cities of Estalia, and uses this influence to carve its own sphere of influence in the North side of the kingdoms.
