The Bodega Cat, Lucy, owns the Quorat Alley Bodega across from the Kitty-Kat Club, and received a 'cut' of the club's takings to be their lookout.
Luciger lives in a rundown apartment next door to the Kitty-Kat Club alongside a few of the Kitty-Kat Club's regulars, a greater-than-average number of dockworkers and other some other unassuming catfolk locals.
