Captial of the UPC. Location of the Senate Hall. Wealthiest city in the UPC. Usual home of Senator Benjuun Goodrake and his dragon clan. Shiny and white marble and gold and everything that Atramentum isn't (although Atramentum is bigger). Only useful to live in if you're a politician who has a reason to live in the capital, while Atramentum is a portal town.
