Baby Teeth

Collected by the Tooth Mob as pizzo, baby teeth contain power that can be harnessed and traded by fairies.

Properties

Crushing a child's baby tooth releases the potential magic within it, allowing it to be harnessed by fairy folk. The magic within the baby teeth of Atramentum are particularly potent, due to being so near to the liminal border between the material and shadow planes.
The pliers carried by the Tooth Mob can only be recharged by using them to crushing a Baby Tooth.

Lonesome's Tooth

Lonesome's baby tooth was knocked out when Sephy's Natterlynd Automotive got into a collision with one of the Shireside's cars. That night, she put it under her pillow, but when the Tooth Mob went to collect, they found the pizzo short (Lonesome had had one of her teeth knocked out by Hamfist Lucanetti earlier that same day).

When they tried to collect their due by using pliers to remove one of the still embedded teeth, the Kraken tentacles were released for the first time, accidentally killing Schleppel in the process.
