Ri'Zakar
Pirate king of the Gjrozan Isles, leader of the Gjrozan Republic. He rules from the city of Yumenes in Big Gjroza. He personally leads the Dread Corsairs.
His overall goal is to destroy the faction system and unite all the pirates under one rule.
Developments:
On March 6th the Battle for Allia occurred, which led to the death of Rasverax Darktide leader of the Wako Pirates and the destruction of that pirate faction.
On March 12th Ri met with the other pirate faction leaders. There they agreed that Allia was taken by lawful pirate right (as Ras was actively killing all other pirates) in a 3 v 1 vote. They also voted that all other Wako Pirates are declared exiled and may be attacked and seized at will.
He is trying to implement these changes to the pirate code:
1) No pirate of the code shall attack, plunder, or otherwise hinder any other pirate of the code. Parley shall be called upon disagreement and a diplomatic or financial transaction shall remedy the dispute.
2) All pirates of the code will be required to fly the Gjrozan Flag above their clan flag while in the friendly Gjrozan Waters.
3) All crewfolk will vote in consular elections every 5 years to elect two consuls. These consuls will have power over the clans in the disposition of arms, ships, and crew in the event of international conflict. Furthermore they shall dictate the diplomatic footing of this Republic toward other Nation States.
4) Each faction shall pay a 200,000 gold tax per annum to the Consular Headquarters which shall be founded in the settlement of Mirabelle
Goals of Ri
1) Uncover how deep the corruption in the serpentis faction runs
After Hanak’s outburst in Ri’s office, Ri sent assigned a few agents to investigate the Serpentis faction. Through various means they learned that in numerous small villages, clutches of tortles were missing. They didnt poke around but could match the type of infant sacrifice Osse is known for.
2) Get ride of the seaborn faction
Caspar Fisk has many ambitions. One of them is to circumnavigate Gar Rok. He means to take the Northwest passage but lacks a ship with ice breaking capabilities. He has recently learned of a ship that is being built by the Ironforge Confederacy. This ship
