ATLAS Security and Research
The ATLAS company holds the last key to the remnants of civilisation. Despite a country nearly a century ago, they are now the defacto leaders of the world as they walled their populus in the grand Havens. They're both famous and infamous as the peole inside its walls know them as saviours but those who are subject to their wrath know them as monsters and tyrants.
Despite the existence of alternate factions such as the United Kingdom of Noxus, ATLAS ultimately holds the majorty of control over the world as their technology allows them to hold major resource outposts and repel attackers.

Structure
ATLAS is split into form a military dictatorship.
At the top of the heirarchy are the Overseer Commanders, leaders of the various divisons of ATLAS who appoint their Overseers under them to run various sub divisons and act as a secondary council, responsible for solving the majority of issues with major ones left to the Commanders.
Each and every Haven as well is run by a Director and two Assistant Directors who are typically rather replacable
Beneath them are the ATLAS personnel ranging from Security, Special Forces and the workers who joined their Unions. Each and everyone who is affiliated with the organisation are afforded rights that are not handed to the average civillians of ATLAS. Simply living in their walls is not enough, people have to sign away their loyalty to them as well.

Culture
The majority of civillians in ATLAS live in constant fear. Although promised security, the outside world has been shown to be 'dangerous' throiugh various propoganda. Despite this however the people in Havens have a tight bond with each other and hold rivalries with other Havens, most of which friendly but some poverty striken ones are far more patriotic to their Havens with their capital Eden holding a complete disregard for the rest of ATLAS.
Public Agenda
With the goal of searching for a cure for the Darwin Virus, their public image has been made around the concept of them being saviours, borderline biblical in some areas. However despite what they promise, they are in fact searching for a cure but plan to keep it hidden from the populus as once a cure is distrubuted, ATLAS losses its monopoly on power.
Assets
Possessing 13 Havens and their Capital Haven Eden, most of ATLAS' assets are basic resources such as oil, steel and food in order to maintain their populus but they do hold an abundance of weaponry, stockpiling armour and other research projects as the majority Havens are geared towards industry.
