History

Established after the World War as an initiative of Howard de Stark, Alexander de Pierce and Henry de Pym. First it has been managed by the executiva Lady Margaret de Carter. However, the differences between the Executivi and the Custodes led to leaving SHIELD in charge of the Custodes, with the World Security Council overview.
