The Red Company

The Red Company are a mercenary company who have been established many years ago and have made a name for themselves by taking on hard jobs and bloody work that others have often declined. The group take most jobs for a right amount of coin although still have some base rules that keep their organisation in check.
Due to the growth of the company, they have a few "branches" out in the world that operate independently, as long as they are not hired against each other. If this happens without realizing, both branches return their payment and decline the job from the customers.
