Old Gods
The seven gods who formed the land, and fell when Terrus attacked the others.
Structure
Each of the gods was equal in stature and power
History
In ages beyond counting, when there was nothing, the seven gods were born of the nothingness of the universe. They set to work building the world of Athena: Ahmjir created the land and the sea; Auna created the sun and the moon; Ephine created the people, plants, and animals; Erlos gave the people knowledge, and bestowed magic upon them; Xyres created fun, and chaos; Ixdes took care of those who passed on; and Terrus granted them fire to see through the night;
Disbandment
Terrus, believing himself the king of the gods and ruler of Athena, attempted to usurp the power of the other six. Terrus was strong, but after a great battle in heaven, he was sealed away. In so doing however, the other six lost much of their divine power, and fell to earth.
