Babble Bead

The Babble Bead is an edible bead that allows you to understand and speak other languages, the effectiveness depends on the actual bead you consume. The product was engineered by scientists from a discovery made within the Southern Enigma when they found an object with unknown properties. The expedition was considered a failure at the time, but after research on what they were actually able to bring back they discovered that the object could be used to understand languages fully. Therefore, many decades later they would be one of the largest companies and join the ranks of the largest corporate conglomerate in the modern day. The original Babble object is kept extremely hidden and secret from the public only knowing that it may exist from some leaks, but nothing more. Babble beads are the general term used when refering to the product which has been sold in forms other than the consumable form such as: bracelets, necklesses, armbands, headwear, and edible forms to name a few. Babble beads are the name usually used because that is the form that is most readily available and affordable to the public, and is the purest form of it. These beads are normally small orbs with a gleaming glass like look, but are very squishy and could pop and ooze the refined liquid nano inside of it making it no longer usable. The ways to use these beads is by either to use the specifically made jewlery that allows them to connect to a person and function for as long until the Bead is destroyed by an outside force, or to consume the bead itself. The beads are fragile and the jewerly form is relatively pricey so this is not the most popular form specifically for travelers, but the edible forms are not permenant and will wear off eventually unless getting the highest end version. There are 4 types of beads and each one has exponentially higher concentration these beads in their own catagories have different grades depending on their quality and potency, the differences are based on the raw materials used as the company only creates them, but other companies provide the resources. Beginning with blue beads which are the most common and last from around a week to around a month they are said to be bitter and have no negative effects on the consumer, they are catagorized seperate because of their lack of long lasting effects and being temporary solutions. Next are green beads which last around a month to around 3 months on average and gruadually allow the consumer to learn the languages they use over time long term, but they take many beads and are said to be very bitter and unhealthy to eat in large quantities. Yellow Beads are the 3rd and last a year on average and are most commonly graded on the effectiveness of their long term effects to learn full languages with the consumption of a few over time, and they are said to be extremely horrid to consume, and were made to be consumed one at a time throughout a year, and could be dangerous even lethal to eat in too short a time. The final bead type has only one grade and is personally made by the company and often banned from most countries this is the Red bead. Having only one grade since it permenantly teaches a person all languages and will give them to communicate through Salamandium which can't be used properly without the effects of the red bead. However, the flaw with the red bead is that not only is it practically toxic from taste alone it's concentration is so high and potent that it can kill those who can't withstand it's primary effects, and even if one survives the initial effects they have to endure for a few weeks until their body settles, therefore few ever consume these for both the physical and economic effects it has.
