The Worldskin

In the beginning there was nothing except Selbstesser.
Selbstesser who's glimmering scales would house all the worlds to come.
The worlds on Selbstesser's skin were in danger after it shed, and put out a call for help.
The call was heard by Weltmund, the hungry mouth of Selbstesser. 
Weltmund made itself know, and Selbstesser gave into hunger and began to eat ravenously.
Soon there was enough room to live in the world and things began in this violent time.
Pretty soon Weltmund caused Selbstesser to bite its own heart named Galaxienherz, and Selbstesser died. 
The hunger, though, refused to stop, even in death, and so the First Serpent shed its skin and began anew.
As the world died, Selbstesser began again.
