Nole was born to a simple religious family, whom had acted as priests in various temples around Carcino. Nole would attend Pelorian church until he was old enough to decide his own faith. Splitting from his parents, Nole would attend and begin worship of Talos, more specifically his human saint Heironeous. During his younger adult years, Nole would reunite with his childhood friend, now wizard Myradin. The scholar and spellcaster would hire Nole for a long voyage in search of a lost pirate stronghold that held some hightened interest for the eccentric. Departing with Myradin, he would return several months later with several chests of gold and gems and other valued treasures. He never openly disclosed to his family that he now held such wealth, but would use it secure their wellbeing in the cutthroat mercantile capital. Several years later the eccentric scholar returned, with another offer of high adventure. Older in his years, and more resigned to his duties Nole declined, sending his young and promising pupil Phililp Gonzoh. Sadly, Phililp would never return, slain somewhere in the strange Barrier Mountain Range by a vicious, winged-manticore. His body was never recovered, but he was given a ceremonial burial in Carcino after Nole received word of his pupils demise.
