The title of Bronzebeard is given to the to the leaders of the greatest, strongest, or most skilled of the Dwarven Clans. Only 3 Bronzebeard's can be named at any one time, and only for for each category.

Source of Authority

Proven by the clan leader in a test to all dwarves who attend the ceremonies.
