While their spontaneity and whimsy sometimes put them at odds with more stoic peoples, satyrs rarely let the moodiness of others hinder their own happiness. Life is a blessing from the gods, after all, and the proper response to such a gift, as far as most satyrs are concerned, is to accept it with relish. They resemble elves but have goatlike legs, cloven hooves, and ram or goat horns. The magic of the fey realm has given them an innate ability to perform, to delight, and to resist magical intrusion.

Satyrs resemble slender elves but with distinctive, goatlike legs ending in cloven hooves, muscular builds, and horns—either spiraled ram horns or straight goat-like horns. Their faces are sharp-featured, with playful expressions, and their bodies are lean and agile, adapted for both forest life and combat, though with a natural inclination toward festive dance and agility over brute strength.

Satyrs reproduce sexually, with genetic traits passed down, favoring Fey ancestry over multiple generations. Satyr children are born with only faint horn buds that grow and develop alongside their musical and magical affinities.

Satyrs thrive in lands imbued with residual Fey or magical energy. In Blaezasia, they’ve taken root in the Seelie Swamp, a rare area of preserved Fey energy. History
When the planar tears opened up and brought the leonin to Astrium they brough another race along with them; the Satyr. Not originally warriors, they had an aptitude for the arts, where many of them fell in the first years on Astrium. Some had taken to learning to fight among the undead hoardes that plague Blaezasia.
The Satyr that did not want to finght with the Leonin, made way across the ocean and settling in areas where the the fey magic is at its strongest, most noticeably the seelie swamp.
Today they are working with the leonin and shadar-kai to earn a place on Astrium's council with the introduction of their settlement - Freereach
