Galax

Galax is an enigma, even among Astrals. While he is a fairly simple guy, he has powers that far overwrite what even the sages can do. In some senses, he might even be the closest thing to an actual god that the world has ever seen. Good thing he just wants to enjoy himself..

Appearance

Galax is usually a sea otter with primarily lime green fur. His underbelly is a soft cream. He sports a somewhat toned physique but is still skinny. Adorning Galax's right arm, left leg, and tail are a series of golden runes imprinted on his fur. These glow when he performs magic. He has bright blue hair styled in shoulder-length dreads. If undone, his hair is a massive afro. Like most otters, Galax has webbed paws with black pads.
Naturally, Galax is a nano and thus, basically impossible to measure. He is, however, able to make himself grow and typically hangs out at an inch tall. Proportionally, he's 5'4.
Galax has shapeshifting abilities that are in constant flux. As such, he also can appear as a bear with icy blue fur and green dreads. His runes still appear on his arm and leg.

Personality

Combine absolute power with all the playfulness of an otter and you get Galax. Apparently. He doesn't flaunt his power. In fact, he barely displays it for any reason other than meaningless whims. Whether it's to make free cupcakes or make himself smaller than other people, Galax's powers seem limited at best. In truth, he has absolute control over the fabric of reality and that fact terrifies him. So, he limits himself to the mundane and convenient, sometimes useful. Usually, that means conjuring free food.
Galax is a sunny person with a few odd quirks. He's generally kind to others but has a bad habit of zoning out. He often struggles to pay attention, regardless of his desire to do so. In his words, "there's a lot going on." Even if he's not paying attention, he does pick up on things fairly easily. Galax is liable to surprise people with gifts they didn't even know they wanted. He enjoys feeling appreciated and will often do things that help others. He has a weird sense of humor, and will often start laughing at something just in his head. Being the nerdy guy he is, the best way to keep his attention is to talk about videogames or cartoons. He just loves a good lore dump.
While he's a very smart person, Galax is also very naive. He tends to believe the best in people regardless of their actions. It makes him sweet, but incredibly easy to take advantage of. Since he's never in any real danger with people, he doesn't take things seriously. Sure, there's a macro intent on eating him, but he'll just respawn, so why not enjoy the ride? Maybe he's being crushed by a giant's foot, but it smells kinda nice so he'll just chill. In truth, he just enjoys being tiny and will willingly give up his agency to let others enjoy being big. Is he an all powerful god? Yes, but he's also a sub.
That being said, he has a dominant side. Mostly in the sense that he wants others to feel good, so he'll take on any role possible. He doesn't love being the center of attention, but he can be the big one. However, he has trouble keeping up appearances and will often default to his clueless, goofy nature around those smaller than him.
