The Torrent

The Torrent is a sprawling nebula of perpetual precipitation, a swirling labyrinth of vapor, liquid, and plasma storms. Shrouded in shades of deep blue, silver, and gray, this sector is unlike any other in the galaxy, where water takes on strange and alien forms under the nebula's unique conditions. The constant "rainfall" within the cloud is composed of liquid droplets, supercooled ice crystals, and sometimes even metallic hydrogen, making the environment quite mesmerizing.

It's been said, and now totally proved, that this sector's nebula came about because of the downfall of Navarch Hydronus, who was defeated so badly that his magic manifested into the now-famous nebula that has now become a bit of a tourist destination.
