The Great Druidic Circle

The Great Druidic Circle is the largest conglomerate of druids in the galaxy. Led by the Arch-Druid, they spread their influence and keep the galaxy's planets healthy and balanced. Enraged by anyone who distrubs a planets climate, or threatens the safety of an ecosystem. They are tireless enviromentalists.

The Great Circle used to take up most of the Overgrowth Sector, until the Elven Empire slowly pushed them to the fringes. Eventually, the Circle had to take up posts farther and farther out, until they were spread all over the Galaxy. The Great Druidic Circle has never joined the Coalition, and as such gets very little say in its operations.

Recently the tensions between the Circle and the Coalition have been growing, to the point that an anti-Coalition sub-faction has surfaced in the Great Circle. This faction is known as the Fellowship of the Hive, a sub-circle of druids that have the unique power of wild shaping into insects. They have led various small campaigns against the Coalition, but have yet to cause any serious consequences.
