Säjth & Albatross
In the lawless expanse of the galaxy, Säjth has carved a name for himself as a figure of dread and cunning. Though he appears to be a relatively unassuming young human, Säjth’s rise to power is a chilling tale of intellect, cruelty, and an unholy alliance with a Vect named Albatross.
Säjth’s partnership with Albatross is the cornerstone of his notoriety. The Vect, a mysterious mechanical sentience steeped in the esoteric knowledge of the universe, shares its mind and power with Säjth. While Säjth’s physical form is that of an average human—lithe and unassuming—the presence of Albatross within him makes him a force to be reckoned with. Albatross’ influence manifests in two primary ways: enhancing Säjth’s ability to inflict psychological torment and granting him access to advanced technologies and forbidden arcane knowledge. Together, they form a symbiotic relationship that leverages Albatross’ cold, calculating nature with Säjth’s strategic brilliance.
What sets Säjth apart from other warlords is his reputation for unparalleled ruthlessness. He does not simply kill his enemies; he breaks them. Albatross, with its capacity to control and manipulate pain, becomes an instrument of prolonged torture. Victims are subjected to agonizing torment that blurs the line between the physical and the mental, often ending in a slow, excruciating death. These acts are not always born from bloodlust, but rather a calculated display of power designed to instill fear across the galaxy.
This quality was violently shown to the world the day the deadly duo earned the title of Warlord. After activity in the Archaic Sector, the locals reported Säjth and Albatross for their brutality, and requested Coalition forces to be mobilized against them. 540 troops, including 5 Admirals and 7 Vice-Admirals were deployed, none have returned alive. Roughly half of the bodies have been found, or mailed to families/high-ranking Naval officers anonymously. It was this continued brutality and disregard for life that earned them one of the top spots on the Coalition's Most Wanted List.
We're not all too sure what his views on the Pirate Lords are, seeing as our interviewer never returned from their report.
