John-Carlo Capone

John-Carlo Capone (A.K.A. "The Large Father™") is a shadar-kai who is completely grey-scale in color, wearing 1950s noir-era striped clothing, and short, spiky hair under his striped bowler hat. John-Carlo is the head of the Astral Mafia, directing all operations from his office, still unlocated. He sits on a chair known as the Empty Office Chair, the position that every head of the Astral Mafia holds.

Capone is a force of nature, turning tides in wars and bureaucratic discussions. John-Carlo is a ruthless man, but he is still kind, simply prepared to do what he needs to do for the good of the Mafia. John-Carlo has a son, Jepetto Capone, who has left the Mafia to trailblaze his own, new organization to please his father.
