Jarr’Gin
Jarr'Gin is an Undead lich lord who commands millions of undead. Seen by few, remembered by fewer, he is like a shadow who exerts his will on the world from behind the scenes. Jarr'Gin used to be a wizard of great renown, performing miracles and generally being a respected member of wizard society. One day, an admiral named Drakon witnessed him practicing necromancy, and issued an execution order on the spot. Jarr'Gin was swiftly beheaded, and never heard from again. Years later, he appeared once more with papery skin, green eyes glowing with nectrotic power, and a mind for vengeance. Jarr'Gin flooded the home planet of the admiral, and where he was executed, with legions of undead until nothing remained of the surface except rippling green flesh. He has since done the same to all the planets in the sector, marking his own territory of the Undead Sector, a.k.a. "The Barrows".
Once he had conquered his territory and gotten his revenge, Jarr'Gin settled down in the Undead Sector, and is rarely ever seen now, commanding from behind the curtains. Jarr'Gin relies on his high-level undead to carry out his orders and serve as trump cards in his stead. His notable warriors are: Hal, a paladin of Ragthar; Periwinkle, an astral mage; and Maltra, a blue dracolich.
Jarr'Gin is a man of unspeakable evil. Aside from wiping out entire planets, he has also committed mass genocide on races like the Aarocokra and the Sharkin. He does not see life for what it is, all he sees is more fuel for his undead fire. Jarr'Gin is also a member of the Archmagi, no matter how much the other 8 loathe him, and has access to extremely powerful runic magic.
It is not recommended that you interact with Jarr'Gin, but if you must, you better have some sort of bargaining chip. He can be persuaded with monetary value, and has an eye for business. His main flaw ironically, is his extremely honest nature and how much he values a man's word when it comes to business.
When asked his opinions on the Pirate Lords, Jarr'Gin responds: "They are nothing but flies in my way. Pesky walls that spout about justice and freedom, then ruin my toys and do stupid dances over them while singing ridiculous songs".
