Kromrin Rugnin

Kromrin Rugnin was bore by elven parents who died before he even knew him. His adoptive parents who were close friends of his parents never let him forget his true parents even as he was treated as one of their own. His adoptive father a powerful mage and his mother an elven ranger the two always had grand expectations for the babe. From an early age he was interested in magic and followed his father around whenever he could. His training was soon to begin as he would learn to study the arcane arts with his father and trained his body and reflexes with his mother focusing on producing a robust body to supplement his magical talents. When he came of age he set off in search of adventure and more practical training with his parents blessing he roamed. He traveled all around the sands of Bayt plying his trade as an adventure and staff for hire. Over many years he gained a lot of experience and many betrayals. He learned that nobody can be trusted and the only one who would keep his interest in mind was himself. Eventually he died betrayed by his best friend at the end of a job to recover an artifact. When he went beyond the veil he was so enraged his anger and resentment in a life unfulfilled and magic unmastered he rose from the dead to become a returned. The process of willing himself back to life changed him into a cruel person and changed him physically marking him as a returned by twisting his elven ears into cruel facsimile turned into horn esq shape.
