Ilari has been around for quite some time by most standards, not so long by Elain, he's been observing and integrating with the changes of the world far more actively than some Elain, finding a unique fascination with Kotiman culture in particular, the neon, the way of speaking, the dressing, it was always something so fascinating to engage in, eventually his fascination led him down a more hedonistic path and into the following of a goddess of gambling, chance and pleasures, now he roams region to region town to town, engaging in all manner of games of chance and hedonism to sate a never ending curiosity and desire for excitement, whether it's a hand of acards, a hand in a pocket or something else.
