Hector Milligan Iv, Chief Commander Of Rattiput

Somewhere within the ash storms of Hale, a woman was cursed by a hag and turned into a rat. The woman was pregnant at the time and birthed a healthy rat baby. The child did not know of his humanoid heritage, and instead knew only rat. This child was Hector Milligan IV, who would one day be Chief Commander of Rattiput. Eventually, a wicked man came along, a man name Hector Milligan III. Though they had very similar names, there could be no relation between he, a gnome, and Hector Milligan IV, a rat. Not only that, but this man laid a curse onto both Hector IV and his mother, turning them both into gnomes. Frightened and confused, Hector IV fled back to his home of Rattiput, but Hector III gave chase. While the rats of his nation did their best to protect their own, Hector III left behind a trail of corpses as he tried to reach Hector IV. Many rats managed to escape the devastation, Hector IV included, but Rattiput was left in shambles. Hardened by the fires of war, Hector Milligan IV knew what he had to do.
