Drakia No Kotima
Drakia grew up in an orphanage run by a crime syndicate in the Iron City. Along with her sister Akira, neither being exactly the sharpest tools in the shed, she saw only the justice and honorable code the members followed. So they chose to join, however, a few years after doing so, Akira accidentally killed a leader, which Drakia decided to take the blame for. After 10 years in the joint, she has returned to Kotima, prepared to deliver justice to all who deserve it, while never taking a life.
