Sunstone Power Plant

The Sunstone Power Plant is based in Peldra and uses a bound plasma elemental to produce power.

The elemental is an elder plasma elemental with a tier one infernal infusion, and a tier three astral infusion. Although very powerful - it recovers from damage almost instantly - it can be killed by a bullet forged of astral ice ore, mixed with flecks of celestial iron.
