Golden Palm Manor

This truly ostentatious palace is the home of Commodore Barstil in Rakal. Its heavily guarded walls are reinforced with enchantments. The ornate throne on which Barstil sits contains a powerful shield generator.

No aircars are allowed near the palace except on official business.
