Demon Gate, Talkos
The Demon Gate is situated in the Talkos summoning chamber below Talkos palace.
The circular gate stands fifty feet tall, formed from the bones, claws, and horns of a dozen dragons. The portal, which spreads from one edge of the gate to the other, looks like a rippling pool of blood.
The portal doesn't allow denizens of the lower planes to cross over for long, but long enough to make negotiations easier.
