Clan Gloryheart

Clan Gloryheart is a dark elf clan. Half of the clan is part of relatively polite society running merchant conglomerates, trading companies, etc. The other half is made up of mercenaries, pirates, arms dealers, gladiators, and at least one major information broker.
Unusually for outsiders, then clan has a good relationship with the planet Brightdawn and has established a permanent storefront and trade mission in Brightdawn’s capital. The reason for Clan Gloryheart's association with Brightdawn is:

Ramada Gloryheart responded to the distress signal of High Priest Navier the Golden when he was attacked by pirates, back during the founding of Brightdawn. As Ramada did not ask for recompense, the high priest declared that all of his family would be welcome to trade or resupply on Brightdawn as if they were citizens, so long as they behaved themselves appropriately.
