Quadrant Unima
The Wild Quadrant
The Unima Quadrant, also known as the Wild Quadrant or Wayward Space, is the second least orderly Quadrant of the Milky Way galaxy, right behind the Moreta Quadrant.
Unlike the Ordel and Apoctum Quadrants, the civilizations inhabiting Wayward Space are either not very expansionist or have suffered a great deal of societal and/or economic damage. One such example would be the Thelusians, a species of cockroach humanoids which have become stagnant over the years due to their destructive and polluting nature which causes them to essentially render any world they inhabit barren and devoid of any resource over time. Thelusian Nest-Crafts move from planet to planet, harvesting as much as they can before moving on.
Another good example of stagnation would be the Glitch. Indeed, these wonderful being meant to simulate life in its rawest form are technologically locked in Medieval Times. Not only that, but their very own society sees heresy in advanced technology such as crashed spacecrafts. That is where certain groups for different Glitch settlements adopt a conduct similar to an Inquisition.
Thankfully, some Glitch are able to free themselves from both this societal constraint and their species’ lock on technology.
