Hidden One

The Hidden One is an aboleth, an ancient race of fish like creatures that were created ages ago. It was the secret leader behind The Syndicate for many decades until the Libertas Heroes killed his top lieutenants and discovered his secret lair underneath the city's sewers. Promising vengeance against the heroes, the aboleth struggled to control the rest of the Syndicate. When the heroes and Protectorate later returned to the secret lair, they found it abandoned and the Hidden One gone.
